  The
disorders are essentially linked to the characteristics of the working
place. Such characteristics could be improved by orientating the
attention of the planning not only towards the technological-building
variables but also towards the human variables. Further improvement could
be attained by employing a higher number of air change, by making the
maintenance more accurate and by granting the concerned persons direct
control over the environmental variables.
