basically consists in the activity of filing case sheets that represent a
room problem, because of the enormous accumulation of paper that comes
into existence after a short time. (br) The filing by microfilming
represents a step forward as far as space is concerned, but it is a
disadvantage when it comes to consultation; the computerized case sheet,
on the other hand, if adequately protected to assure professional
secrecy, represents an advantage both in terms of easiness of
consultation and of space management.
